Swrl™ Straw Holder is an innovative and useful drinking aid. It is used to clip a drinking straw to the rim of a glass. The straw is then push through the swrl and secured in place, the user does not have to grip it. This makes the Swrl Straw Holder useful for: Hotels, Restaurants, Diners, Clubs, Bars and Pubs.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY TERMS

o   If TheSwrl™ item(s) that you purchased have been damaged in shipment, or if you found manufacturing defects please contact us.
o   You have 10 calendar days to exchange an item from the date your received it.
o   To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
o   Your item must be in the original packaging.
o   Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange
o   Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you of the status and if you qualify for an exchange after we inspect the returned item(s).
o   If your exchange is approved, we will replace the returned item with another Swrl™ product of equal value.

Shipping
o   You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning product(s) purchased from S.P.I, LLC.
o   Shipping costs are non-refundable.
o   If you have any questions on how to exchange your item for another Swrl™ product of equal value, please contact us.
o   Do not ship returns to us until you receive the APPROVED RETURN AUTHORIZATION TAG from S.P.I, LLC.
